General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
of MAS Entertainment Solutions GmbH & Co. KG

Introduction
MAS Entertainment Solutions GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter referred to as “MAS Entertainment Solutions GmbH & Co. KG”) offers tickets for concerts and other events on its websites and through its telephone sales channels, where it acts as the organizer. The following General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to all orders related to the delivery of tickets and merchandising items. MAS Entertainment Solutions GmbH & Co. KG does not guarantee the accuracy of the data provided on its websites.
A. Conclusion of Contract
By clicking the “Place a binding order” button, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a contract. The contract is only concluded when MAS Entertainment Solutions GmbH & Co. KG confirms the order by e-mail. By purchasing tickets, contractual relationships arise exclusively between the ticket holder (customer) and the organizer, which is usually MAS Entertainment Solutions GmbH & Co. KG. If MAS Entertainment Solutions GmbH & Co. KG is not the organizer itself, it acts as an intermediary on behalf of the respective organizer, and the terms and conditions of the organizer apply.
B. Payment
The customer is obliged to pay the ticket price to MAS Entertainment Solutions GmbH & Co. KG. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. The total price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
C. Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
A right of withdrawal for consumers does not exist in accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), as it concerns services in the field of leisure activities that are booked for a specific date or period. Each ticket order is therefore binding and obligates the customer to accept and pay for the ordered tickets.
D. Right to Attend the Event and Exclusion
The paid ticket entitles only the person holding it to attend the event. Transferring the right to attend to third parties is only permitted with the consent of MAS Entertainment Solutions GmbH & Co. KG and is subject to the following conditions:
The resale price may not exceed the price indicated on the ticket by more than 10%.
Commercial or business resale of the ticket through auctions or exchange platforms is prohibited.
The customer is obliged to provide the name and address of the third party to whom the ticket was transferred upon request.
E. Protection of Children and Adolescents
Persons under the age of 6 are not permitted to attend events, even if accompanied by legal guardians. Persons between the ages of 8 and 16 are only allowed to attend events if accompanied by an adult. Young people between the ages of 16 and 18 are permitted to attend without an adult until midnight, provided they have written permission from their legal guardians.
F. Event Cancellation and Changes
If an event is canceled or postponed for reasons beyond the control of MAS Entertainment Solutions GmbH & Co. KG, the customer will be informed of the changes immediately. In the case of postponement, the tickets remain valid for the new date. In the event of a cancellation, the ticket price will be refunded within 14 days without incurring processing fees. Further claims by the customer are excluded, unless MAS Entertainment Solutions GmbH & Co. KG acted with intent or gross negligence.
G. Safety Regulations and House Rules
The customer is obliged to comply with the safety regulations in force at the event venue. MAS Entertainment Solutions GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to deny entry to the event or to remove customers from the venue if these regulations are violated. In such cases, the customer has no right to a refund of the ticket price.
H. Liability and Damages
MAS Entertainment Solutions GmbH & Co. KG is liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior.
For slightly negligent breaches of duty, MAS Entertainment Solutions GmbH & Co. KG is only liable if these concern an essential contractual obligation, the fulfillment of which is necessary for the proper execution of the contract and on the compliance of which the customer regularly relies. In such cases, the liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
Liability for damages resulting from improper behavior of the customer is excluded.
I. Data Protection and Data Processing
MAS Entertainment Solutions GmbH & Co. KG processes personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. These data may be transmitted to third parties as necessary to fulfill the contract. Further information can be found in the privacy policy of MAS Entertainment Solutions GmbH & Co. KG.
J. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of fulfillment and jurisdiction is Hamburg, provided the customer is an entrepreneur within the meaning of Section 14 BGB.
Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Instead of the invalid provision, a provision shall apply that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
